1. Shipping Locations

We deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, and others.

If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you at checkout or via email/phone.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping) for orders above ₹[e.g. 999]
  • COD Orders: ₹[e.g. 50] Cash on Delivery charges may apply

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown clearly at the time of checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on courier performance, public holidays, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and link. You can also track your order from the My Orders section of your account on our website.


6. Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping address
  • Natural calamities or regional lockdowns
  • Courier delays beyond our control

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or is missing items, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.

If your package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the courier, we will either issue a full refund or resend the items.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible pin codes and order amounts.
  • The courier will not open the package before collecting payment.
  • If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders, we may disable COD for their account.
