1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The product is not part of a clearance/final sale, innerwear, socks, or personal hygiene items (these are non-returnable).
  • The item was not customized or altered.
  • The return request is made within the allowed return window and through official channels.

2. How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return by:

  1. Logging into your account and going to the “My Orders” section.
  2. Clicking “Request Return” next to the relevant order.
  3. Alternatively, email us at [contact@snappyglobe.com] with your Order ID, product image (if damaged), and reason for return.

Once approved, we will schedule a pickup from your address (where serviceable) or share the return address if self-shipping is needed.


3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your source account (bank/card/wallet).
  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you’ll need to share your details).

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the product and place a new order.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images of the item and packaging
  • Order ID
  • Brief description of the issue

We will offer a full refund or send a replacement based on stock availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Products

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Socks, swimwear, personal hygiene items
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
